We feel the way we think.

        This is a collection of deeply-seeded ideas (those so ingrained I didn’t even realize they were there) that unknowingly were not serving me well— and, how to change them. 

        What you'll find here challenges many topics. Such as the ways many of us think about love, connection, purpose, sadness, anger, pain, emotional health, and especially ourselves. I know it challenged me.

        We don’t know what we don’t know.

        Thus, most of us have never known another way of thinking and wouldn’t necessarily know where to even look within ourselves. So the concept that changing how we they think could lead to greater joy, fulfillment and self-acceptance may seem foreign. It would almost be like explaining the internet to a caveman.

       These are paradigm shifts I proposed to myself. For my own good, I aim to challenge the deeply ingrained thought patterns that cause so many of us to be unhappy, unfulfilled, and drive us towards avoiding our feelings and our true selves. These letters seek to guide myself towards deeper levels of serenity, happiness and fulfillment (which I truly believe you and I deserve).
